Global InfoTech is located at Salt Lake City, Kolkata, WB, India. It is a 30 seater international call center covering an area of 3000 sq ft. The call center is equipped to undertake telemarketing campaigns and technical support services with team strength of more than 50 people, who are qualified to provide quality service to its international clients. The call center services on 24X7 basis inbound and outbound calls in a client server environment with Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and unified messaging enabling us to handle all types of calls – voice, fax, e-mails, chat, etc. Efforts of the company has been recognized and supported technology vendors across the globe. High level of skill set and international expertise with quality benchmark has been introduced to GI to maintain a better value proposition and to have a cutting edge in the market.

? Rejects of all agents monitored on a regular basis to ensure that quality levels are maintained.
? Agent performance checked on a daily basis to ensure that only quality agents are calling on our campaigns. bad performers are taken off the rolls.
