We believe that through our call center operations, we would be able to offer you a high value proposition. Our call center agents are adept for telemarketing, customer support or survey operations.
SKILLS
The call center is connected with a 3 mpbs internet bandwidth and fortified with Cisco hardware for networking. We have IBM and HP computers. We are using the Concerto dialer from Aspect, which has numerous features to provide unmatched efficiency to a process. “Automatic Call Distribution” is one of the features of the dialer. If required by you, we could provide you a host of other such features of our dialer.
