SKILLS
We cater to call centres both inbound and outbound. We can provide both inbound and outbound processes to the companies ranging from sales, lead generation, collection (first party, third party), customer service to technical support campaigns. We also provide various other services. Handling the operations and generating revenue, handling the training department, handling the HR policies and assisting in recruitment and decreasing attrition. We also provide complete services to the companies who would like to venture into BPO sector. We would form the company right from ground zero and hand over with accordance to the contract.

TERMS
Our charges are very competetive with accordance to the industry. When giving a process to a BPO we don't charge from the BPO but we charge to run the process for the first three months which is $.50 per hour per workstation. Half of the payment needs to be paid in advance after signing the agreement with us and the SLA with the clients and rest half at the completion of the agreement. Other payments are solely dependent on the nature of the services required and the department for which the services are required and also till which level.
