I am a recruitment services provider and have the ability to provide recruitment support to new companies requiring professionals from disciplines including Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineers. I have been providing similar services for the past 6 years as an independent service provider.

The domains I operate include and not restricted to Information Technology, Engineering Design & Services, Aerospace, Automotive and Ancilliary industry.

I can provide suitable candidates from different global markets including India, Singapore, Malaysia. Again here it is not restricted.

Some of the clients I have worked with in the past include Microsoft R&D, Mentor Graphics, Keane, Wipro. Bechtel, Cegelec, EwBank Preece, Comprimo Stork, Petronas, Kvaerner Group to name a few.

Current customers include QuEST Global, Harita Infoserve, iFlex, Fluent Corporation among others.

The methodology will vary depending on the model used for the assignment.

The contingency model methodology works as follows:

1. start Shortlist from Databank, associates, etc.
2. Preliminary verification on the candidates availability.
3. Telephonic or Personal interview of the candidate.
4. Presenting the candidate's summary to the client and await shortlist from client.
5. Co-ordinating the interviews with the shortlisted candidate.
6. Pre offer co-ordination as required.
7. Ensure selected candidate verbally joining date.
8. Ensure candidate signs the offer.
9. Ensure candidate joins the company.
10.Present the invoice for selected candidate.

My professional fees is as follows:

RETAINED SEARCH MODE

The turnaround time for this mode will be 30 days from the date of the order.

The fees for this will be 30% of the annual gross salary of the candidate
For retained search mode 50% of the fees will have be paid in advance before starting the assignment.

In case the candidate does not join all incidental costs alone will be collected from the client.

ADVERTISEMENT BASED RECRUITMENT

The turnaround time will be 25 - 40 days from the date of the order depending on the coverage of the various regions.

The fees for this would be Advertisement cost + cost of all incidental expenses. the advertisement cost and 40% of the projected incidental expenses must be paid upfront.

CONTINGENCY RECRUITMENT

Turnaround time for this may be 20 - 30 days for identifying and presenting the suitable resource.

Junior Executives: It is 15% of the candidates annual gross salary + VAT or Service Tax as applicable. Professionals having less than 10 years of experience will be considered Junior Executives.

Senior Professionals: The fee is 20% of the annual gross salary + VAT or Service Tax.

25% of the fees will be paid in advance while the remaining fees would be collected once the candidate joins or reports for duty.
