Who we are: This company was created by 1 person with a vision of having offshore development center having his visions for creating what he wanted, he had to go through many cliffs and cliff offs, and finally in the year 1999 this company was created and it still remained only as official paper.

The actual operations started in the year 2000 in the following areas.

2) IT Staff augmentation
3) IT Business consulting
4) Onsite staffing

In the year 2001 we gradually let our harms extended to IT / ITES Projects, were we started to outsource projects, and now we are n a good place where we ourselves can execute the projects IT / ITES.

The greatest strength with Vagya consulting services, is we make impossible possible, like for eg. if there is technology where candidates are not available in the country, still we take the project, get the employees train them up in the technology that is needed and then execute the project, we have done this and been successful.

TERMS
Our terms as follows

1) Prices: Normally we charge 12$ to 15$ per man hour depends on the complexity of the project and technology, but we are open for negotiations from project to project.

2) Payment terms: We take 20% as project advance on release of PO, and the rest with mutual agreement the terms will be decided.

3) Turnaround Time: Is normally differs from project to project, however weekly delivery is what we follow, again the same will be mutually agreed from project to project.
