Our Team: Our team of developers have in-depth sound technical knowledge and a very strong grasp of the functional knowledge, it is self-motivated and enthusiastic to continuously face different challenges with commitment to deliver on time, backed with international quality standards. All developers are engineers from prestigious Universities in various faculties and have an average experience of about two and half years in IT field after completing their education in IT. Our Experience: Although KTPL is just four-year-old company, our skill set, commitment, resources and infrastructure attracted the attention of a Fortune 500 company and its software resource centre with which we are closely associated from inception. In this span of three years we have been engaged in challenging assignments in diverse functional areas and applications such as product configuration, sales activity management, market analysis, customer relationship management, product manufacturing specifier, layout drawing generation, service management, etc. Our resources have gained substantial functional and IT knowledge, which we feel is our most valuable asset. We have developed and launched two products: document management system and full-fledged helpdesk software. We have played various roles in this whole process such as project management, requirements analysis, designing, coding, documentation, testing, deployment and support. This has helped us broaden our views and enhanced our capability to provide complete solutions as per the users’ expectations.
