TERMS
Standard Business Terms:

To reduce the risk both ways, with first-time customers we break up the payment into 4 equal parts:

25% mobilization
25% on demonstration of prototype
25% on first working version and
25% on final working version.

If the project value is $1,000 or less, we request payment in two parts:

50% mobilization
50% on final working version.

and if the amount is $500 or less then the full payment is requested in advance.

We have seen this works out very well for both parties. With repeat customers, payment terms are more flexible.

Moneyback Guarantee: If you do not like the prototype and cancel the project at that time, we will refund half of the mobilization fee.
