TERMS
We provide programming and project management services to the client on an 'assured monthly hours' basis in return for an 'assured monthly payment'. This is good for clients who have a single large project or multiple projects that will span multiple months and/or continuous maintenance/support type jobs to outsource to us. We base our rate structure in these cases on a concept we call 'virtual programmer'. A virtual programmer actually corresponds to an unit of '120 man hours per month'. This includes all levels of personnel in a flat rate structure. We charge US $950.00 per virtual programmer man month. Unused hours for each virtual programmer unit is carried over to subsequent months within the same contract period, but, are not reimbursed at the end of the contract period. A minimum of 6 months contract is required for this scheme additional man hours consumed in a specific month is charged at a flat rate of US $10.00 per additional man hour.

For this kind of contract, if the client's requirement does not entail the employment of a full virtual programmer (i.e. the requirement is assessed to be less than 120 hours per month), we offer fractional rates as well according to the following table.

30 hours: US $300.00
60 hours: US $550.00
90 hours: US $750.00
