DESCRIPTION
We assist clients prepare conceptual designs, architectural and engineering drawing using AutoCad. We also use value analysis to ensure that projects are within budgetary requirements of clients.

I am an architect based in the Philippines. Professional experience cover more than 15 years in projects in the Philippines, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and Diego Gracia, British Indian Ocean Territory.

We are prepared to do outsourcing engagements in the following areas:
- preparation of architectural and engineering drawings using AutoCad,
- preparation of project schedules using Microsoft Project,
- preparation of project cost and quantity estimates.

We are also prepared to convert your hand-drawn engineering drawings into digitized format so that updates can be reflected faster. Benefits gained from digitizing your drawings include:
- reduced drawing storage space,

SKILLS
Architectural design and project management. We use AutoCad for 2D and 3D drawings, Microsoft Project for project management, Excel for cost and quantity estimating, Visio for flowcharting, Publisher for desktop publishing and Powerpoint, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Premiere for graphics and presentations.
