Controlsoft Engineering has been established with a view to provide an one stop shop automation engineering solutions to the Indian and Overseas customers, using the state of the art software tools to design and detail engineer any instrumentation project, right from the concept to commissioning. The software tools will bring in speed, consistency, accuracy and quality to the international standards. Our aim is to provide all these solutions in less than half the current lead time.

The consultancy has got more than 40000 man days of experience and expertise in design, detailed engineering, project execution, configuration, procurement, inspection, testing, installation, commissioning and maintenance.

SKILLS
Instrumentation project engineering (new and revamping jobs) in the following functional areas:

• Feasibility study and cost estimation
• Requirement analysis and preparation of URS and FDS as per IEEE standards
• Process and Machine automation strategy
• Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&I D) and Process Flow Sheet generation
• Preparation of complete Instrumentation documentation viz index, spec sheets, installation diagrams, cable schedule, wiring schematics, loop diagrams, logic diagrams etc.
• Procurement and Inspection assistance
• Installation and commissioning supervision assistance
• Configuration of loop and logic strategies for DCS, PLCs and SCADAs
• Integration of PLCs and SCADA system to a common communication platform
• Connecting the Process control system to the Enterprise networking
• Remote data monitoring using the power of internet
