The company was registered in 1990 with professional staff of architects, engineers and planners providing highly professional services based on many years of experience.

Pazon & Associates has been actively involved in preparing master plan & constructing major projects in the Philippines and abroad, and in joint venture with foreign consultants; thereby gaining experience in working with international clients in the critical areas of researching and selecting suitable sites, preparing economic feasibility studies, programming proposed building types; and planning and designing for differing local conditions. These projects range in scope from a comparatively small commercial installations to the largest of industrial complexes for major institutions.
