Quick and Assured Turnaround Time:
With a very high scalable capacity in terms of man-hours per day, operating round the clock, we cater to huge volumes at a very short turnaround time by using high-end desktops and links for our back-office and data processing operations. We have helped organizations with extensive data turnover and customer interface to save costs and improve productivity.
Quality:
Our main concept is keeping quality in all projects irrespective of the cost. Supported by our innovative group system, we have set processes, which make sure that the data processed goes through rigorous quality control tests before reaching the customer within turnaround time. We also have an extensive reporting system in place, which enables us to maintain accountability and accuracy.
Infrastructure:
Our facilities are in the Kodambakkam, Chennai that is supported with infrastructural resources in conjunction with the skilled manpower strength that we recruit. We are having 30 efficient operators working in two shifts. Within these operators, 4 are working in QC section, 2 in each shift. We are using 12 systems for production, one for Server and others for QC. We are ability to develop our infrastructure according to client’s requirements.
