* Bibliographic Coding: Our most basic coding service provides you with bibliographic information: document page numbers, packet range, author, recipient, copyee, document, document date, document type, etc.
* Subjective Coding: A more comprehensive database including bibliographic information and relevant data extrapolated from the document body: names and organizations-in-text, keywords, marginalia, issue codes, enhanced titles, etc.
* Full Text Capture: When access to complete text is required we can provide you with computer readable and searchable text via OCR, OCR clean-up or manual keying. Applications include depositions, trial transcripts, “hot” documents, etc.
* Document Determination: Restructuring of documents based on content analysis can be provided. Thus complex documents can be broken into smaller components optimizing searching of critical information.

TERMS
Although the variations in pricing depend on the complexity of the project, billings are based on the following modes:

* Bibliographic Coding: Billing is on a per document basis
* Subjective Coding: Billing is per document (for the bibliographic coding part) plus a billing on a per page for the extraction of the relevant data from the document body.
* Full Text Capture: Billing is per 1,000 bytes (for OCR-clean up documents) billing is per 1,000 keystrokes (for manual keying jobs)
* Document Determination: Billing is per document restructured.

Prices are billed in U.S. Dollars.
