Offshore Implementation Model
Our project implementation model has been developed to ensure seamless transition and efficient customer support. It consists of the following stages.
Feasibility Study and Requirement Gathering: During this stage we come to understand your basic requirements and needs. We review your goals, objectives, strategies and project-specific needs, and analyze the services that best suit your requirements.
Entering into an Agreement: After the sign-off on requirement analysis we will enter into a service level agreement that will detail the terms and conditions of the project.
Project Initiation: Once the SLA is signed-off we will prepare a detail project plan specifying resources and their responsibilities, schedule and technologies used. The necessary setup will be done at offshore including special measures for security requirements.
Resource Planning: To provide transparency with the offshore development unit and to ensure smooth and easy communication we can provide an onsite coordinator. During the entire duration of the project, our onsite project coordinator will be your single point of contact. The offshore development unit will be lead by a project manager, with project leads reporting to him.
Detail Design: A detail design of the optimal solution will be provided. Our team will work closely with you to ensure that all requirements are accurately expedited. Detail test plans covering every aspect of the requirements including security and performance will also be prepared.
Development and Build: Our onsite coordinator will work closely between the client and the offshore development team to ensure that the requirements are met. A round of testing will be done based on the test plans prepared during design stage.
Conclusion: Our team will consolidate all the relevant archived documentation and deliver it to your company for future reference. We will extend to you operational and technical support if needed.
