Our company can handle inbound and outbound telemarketing projects. Our employees have many years experience in the telemarketing industry at various levels, Quality Assurance, Operations, Production etc. Our company is small and looking for business to grow, however that means you get a dedicated team who will pay careful attention to details, accept full accountability and input 150% effort to maximize production. We are located in Barbados, West Indies. This is an English colonized territory in the Caribbean which boast a high, extremely skilled labor force. We are fluent in English and have very high telemarketing standards. We also have a proven track record in production when compared to some Indian, Philippine or Asian territories.

SKILLS
Our main focus is inbound customer service and outbound acquisitions in US, UK and Canadian markets, however, we would like to offer data entry services in the future. We show proven expertise in all aspects of the call center environment such as Operations, lead management and forecasting, training and development, quality assurance and production. We boast a strong track record in client satisfaction, achieving and maintaining sales targets and client commitments.

TERMS
We require a minimum of $6.00 USD or $3.50 POUNDS per hour with reasonable commission or bonus structure. Projects which offer performanced based pay or commission only are accepted at a minimum of $12.00 USD or $7.50 POUNDS per sale. Prices and commissions can be negotiated in order to provide a viable and lucrative effort for all parties involved. Payments can be made via wire transfer fortnightly or monthly when arrangements are finalized.
