TERMS
1. Agreement for Services is a two-year commitment; however, program may be terminated at end of first year for cause with sixty (60) day’s notice.

2. Commissions will be paid directly to SKYLIMIT upon payment to subdealers. SKYLIMIT will in turn pay the sales reps or subdealers. (Non-payment or returns from customers results in deduction of commission paid from future sales commissions
