My company is completely BPO and KPO based. We have state of the arts telephone network. We use minutes from gaffachi and net4india. We use VSNL 1 MB lease line. We have 50 seats call center. We even outsource the process to all centers in surat. We have tied with company in USA and UK.

SKILLS
We are basicaly focus on business process outsourcing (inbound and outbound) and also knowledge process outsourcing (back up office, book keeping, front desk work, data entry). Our infrastucture is suitable for all kinda of work that any company require from us. We specialize in dialer for call center all over India. We even provide good process to run for our center. I would like to call center pioneer in my south Gujrat area.

TERMS
We sign a simple non-disclouser agreement with whichever company who like to use our services. We simply specify that we get 10% of your profit every month. For dialer we charge around 14,000 to 15,000 Rs. per seat.
