DESCRIPTION
I am a Senior Instructional Designer/Technical Writer with one of the world's leading eLearning companies. I have also been an external consultant to the world's leading consulting firm since September 2004. I have designed, created, and delivered major documentation projects to them working from Mumbai and New York. These projects include eHelp systems using Robohelp, software simulations using Captivate, user manuals using FrameMaker, and Quick Guides using QuarkExpress. I have worked with Wipro (India) in creating online help systems for one of the world’s largest electronics companies. I have also worked with a franchisee of IBM learning services as a senior technical trainer for IBM’s suite of products. I have an overall work experience of 10 years since completing my bachelors’ in Computer Engineering in 1994.
