As Principal Consultant and Owner, Dr. Alexander brings 19 years of experience in the IT industry and a technical depth that comes from a Ph.D. in Computer Science (U. of Virginia, 1996).

The PWS Tech staff has an outstanding record of success helping both small and large companies manage, write and win competitive proposals, particularly in the IT services sector.

Pricing is done using a fixed hourly rate, or a fixed price for specific deliverable(s) (e.g., construct proposal outline, write section of proposal, etc). Engagements are typically fast paced and relatively short, often 1-2 weeks or less. Rates available upon request.

Incentive-based pricing is also negotiable (e.g. fee depends on whether proposal is successful or not). Please inquire.

Full payment required net 30 days upon project completion.
