TERMS
Our office is located in Tijuana, Mexico with our main office based in San Diego, California. Operations are conducted from our Tijuana facility, allowing us to minimize overall costs of operations, passing these savings to our clients and project rescue efforts. All our engineers are senior level programmers from diverse backgrounds covering vast areas of expertise.

Our average cost for development service is competitively priced as low as $15/hr or at a flat rate on

a project basis. Project Basis:
25% upon user acceptance.
50% payment in equal monthly installments against deliverables.
25% on requirements finalization and acceptance.

Ongoing development efforts are billed monthly.
