Onsite custom development can be executed at the customer's premises. In this the client owns the responsibility of providing the development environment and infrastructure.
Offshore Model
In this the entire development happens at our offshore facilities. Before the start of the project our program managers will sit with the customer to define the project definition, specifications and timelines. Periodic review will happen between the customer nominated project manager and our program manager.
Hybrid Model
This is distributed between onsite and offshore facilities. Our onsite teams coordinates with customer for project definition and coordination and the offshore team act as an extension of onsite team. The customer provides development environment and the offshore team access via IPSEC based VPNs. Onsite and offshore team is estimated after estimating project effort and timelines.
