Business models for software development

1. Fixed price

In the fixed price -model, we provide our customer with a project quotation that describes and details the project scope, schedule, deliverables and any possible milestones. The payment schedule for these projects depends on the duration and milestones of the project.

The fixed price model is best for projects where the scope is (or can be) well defined and strict timelines are required.

2. Resource usage

In this case, the customer will be billed at a daily rate for each employee and/or other resources dedicated to the project on an ongoing basis. This model is best-suited for larger projects, those that can not be easily scoped or defined, or that are otherwise of an ongoing nature. In this model, you will retain maximum control over the progress and direction of the project.

In any model, discounts will be given for large or continuous project.
