ESK Technologies is 100% (BEE) Black Economic Empowerment information technology company, started in July 2003 by its owner and consultant Sipho E. Kunene. The objective is to help organizations and business leverage their technology investment in order to make their business processes more efficient and to compete with the international standards of operation.

The focus of ESK Technologies is to offer organizations a benefit of a one-stop-solution for their quality products and professional services. As a one-stop solution provider, customers will be investing in a complete business solution. ESK does not sell boxes of products it sells complete solutions.

Our data recovery services unit specializes in recapturing data from hard drives, backup tape, diskettes and all other types of digital media subjected to electro-mechanical failure, data corruption, virus infections or any other data loss situation.

TERMS
AGREEMENTS
The Service Level Agreement, Terms and Condition of Sale, and Terms and Conditions of Service forms a complete agreement with ESK Technologies. These documents are available on request and they are customer specific, they differ from customer to customer.

PRICES
1. All prices excludes VAT.
2. Strictly cash.
3. Price List will not be valid without the terms and conditions pages.
4. Error and omissions expected.

WARRANTIES
1. The warranty is only valid for ESK Technologies customers within its warranty period.
2. All Products have a 12 month warranty from date of purchase (Unless specified otherwise).
3. The warranty will be void if the serial number or its label is missing or tampered with.
4. ESK Technologies will replace or repair the items if a performance failure has occurred within the warranty period.
5. A component will be declared void and out of warranty if goods are mishandled, struck by lightening or power surges.

SERVICE FEES
Fees charged for services delivered by ESK Technicians are time and materials best estimate and they vary according to the level of skill required. Fixed project fees are calculated based on a standard workweek, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Should it be necessary for work to be performed outside these hours then further charges may be incurred.

EXPENSES
Client is responsible for all travel and accommodation expenses incurred in the performance of this statement of work.

BILLING PROCEDURES
Invoices are mailed monthly, for days worked during that period. Net amount is due upon receipt of invoices.
