Has worked on C, C++ on Linux / Solaris platforms for around 5+ year’s duration for developing applications in telecom and Image processing domains and for seven months on wireless technologies like WAP, WML.

TERMS
Once the agreement is signed, 40% of agreed contract amount is to be paid. Rest of the amount is to be paid in this manner:
1. If project delivery is a single phase, immediately after handover, rest of contract amount is to be paid.
2. If it is multiple phased project, amount to be paid is divided into equally and paid after each delivery phase. In this case, last payment will be after the handover of final phase of delivery.

If any disputes comes up, it is to be settled in Chennai, India, courts.
The source code copyright will be retained.
