We have an Irish based management team as well as Irish based project/business managers. Our management team have 15-20 years experience in the software industry at all levels. Our development team is comprised of experienced world class professionals with extensive experience in all leading technologies and methodologies forming a stable, close knit development team. We focus on assessing the impact of systems on existing business process. We monitor the key business drivers to ensure that the project is delivered with maximum positive impact. We focus in particular on cost reduction, impact management and business improvement.

We ensure effective project management from requirements gathering to onsite implementation. At all stages of the project, milestones are set to ensure that the project is measurably on schedule and meeting goals.

We ensure that we deliver quality throughout all aspects of software engineering and development lifecycle.

We offer post implementation user training, support and maintenance. Our goal always is to ensure a happy customer and satisfied users otherwise the project has failed.
