Billing is based on a pre-negotiated fixed amount for the project.

Near-shore Development Center: This model brings together a team of specialized, multi-disciplinary resources organized and managed by the Mendoza Software Factory to meet our client’s specific business needs. Billing is based on man-hours at the contracted rate.
