TERMS
Astaa Technologies believes in being very transparent with the client to whom offshore development services are being provided. We charge on the basis of Time and Material for providing offshore and onsite services. Detailed records are kept including signed timesheets approved by project manager and billing is based on these records. Allocation details are also retrieved from the online resource control manger and reconciliation is done with timesheet data. We charge USD 10-15 / hour for providing offshore development. Astaa Technologies has a working day of 10 hours and we are working from Monday to Saturday. All employee vacations and leaves are excluded from the billing and no overtime beyond 10 hours is charged. For material expenses done specifically for the client a debit note is sent to client for reimbursement. These include telephone charges for project related communication, courier expenses, and other similar incidental expenses done by Astaa technologies on behalf of the client. We bill our clients on a monthly basis. At the end of every month a detailed invoice and debit notes with supporting documents are send across to client. The invoices are payable within two weeks of receipt. We also ask clients to pay advance equivalent to estimate of one month of billing.
