Bleum is the leading software outsourcer in China. We are currently CMM Level 4 and will be getting Level 5 by the end of 2005. Bleum is 2.5 years old, but much of the core staff has worked together for over 4 years. The founder of Bleum is also the Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce IT Committee so one can be sure that Bleum will take every action to protect your intellectual property.
SKILLS
Bleum's strength is in banking systems, especially in credit card. We also service telecom customers and software companies. Bleum's technical strengths lie in Java/J2EE, .NET and Data Warehousing technologies.
TERMS
Bleum will work on Time and Materials basis or fixed price. For T&M a two month retainer is required to start development.
