Implementation:
In addition to Chart-Of-Accounts Restructuring, UBA specializes in the implementation of ACCPAC financial, distribution, manufacturing, business analysis tools, customer relationship management and information management solutions utilizing ACCPAC International methodology and proposed approach to successfully conclude your project implementation and provide the necessary user and technical training for on-going use of the System.
Training:
An important aspect of training in accounting software is "learning by doing". The employees who will be using the software are immediately and directly involved. Employees are responsible, under our qualified guidance and direction, for data entry of all aspects of the operation including, for example, set up of the Chart of Accounts and reporting features, data entry of opening balances, customer information and transactions, supplier information and transactions and employee payroll information and transactions. We believe that post training support is necessary to ensure the employees are comfortable and competent with the software and with any new procedures.
