Profile of Founders:

B Rajesh Kumar, Director - Business Development

Rajesh is a co-founder of FACE and an expert in marketing and operations. He graduated with a Postgraduate Degree in Management (Class of 2007) from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM-K). He has worked in the areas of Sales and Marketing of Financial Services with companies like Citibank, ICICI Bank. He has also served as Assistant Vice President, Wealth Advisors India, prior to founding FACE.

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore.

V Venkata Raghulan, Director - Strategy and Operations

Venkat is a finance and operations expert from the IIM-K Class of 2007 and a co-founder of FACE. He ranked amongst the top 20 out of 165 students of his graduating class and is a tough academic. He was also amongst the top 5% of the graduating class in his undergraduate degree (Mechanical Engineering) from College of Engineering, Anna University - Class of 2005.

Venkat has significant experience in the area of management consulting with projects across business verticals with clientèle across the globe. He has worked with companies like Coats India, Godrej & Boyce, Lucas TVS etc. in the area of finance and operations. He has held consulting positions with Citibank and Deloitte Consulting.

SKILLS
We have a team of around 35 people comprising of primarily engineers and MBAs with above average IQ and good communication skills ready for executing any task which makes use of the cost arbitrage between executing a project in the western countries and executing it in India.

Vijay Anand
Vijay holds a Masters degree in Creative Industries Management from Queensland University of Technology, Australia. He is a Dean’s List scholar and has worked as a Research Assistant at CCI (ARC Center for Excellence in Creative Industries and Innovation), Australia. He has a background in Information Technology and Graphic Design. He worked in Hexaware Technologies, Chennai as an Enterprise Application Developer for two years prior to moving to Australia. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore. (Graduating Class of 2004)

Vijay is currently working on a research project to present a case for Creative Industries policy in India. His areas of interest include Creative Industries Policy, Creative Enterprise, New Media, Political Communication and Design Management.

TERMS
Business terms

We typically are willing to give 10 man hours free of cost for any engagement. Once we have convinced the client regarding our capabilities, we try to build long term relationships and contracts.

Typical billing rates - 15 to 60 USD per hour
Turnaround time - Depends on the engagement

Payment terms - 50% Mid course, 50% after completion of work.
