DESCRIPTION
Oracle ERP Functional Consultant ( Financial, Supply Chain, OCM,HR, Logestics )
-Involvement from project analysis to architecture, development, testing and finally handover.
-Assists in monitor performance of the applications; providing benchmarks and ongoing analysis.
-Excellent understanding with business process and implement the application accordingly.
-Responsible for ensuring that any further applications to be implemented meeting the business requirements.
-Analyze customer business requirements; map them to used application functionality, and build gap analysis.
-Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements or work
-around to meet client requirements.
-Get end users approval for provided functional solution.
-Develop data conversion and testing strategies.
-Setup solution contents.
-End users training
-Assigns user permissions to access the application and maintains application administration documentation.
-Transfer knowledge to technical development team.
-Solves trouble tickets reported to help desk as first level of support for ERP.
-Manages application faults, and analyzes and fix file errors.
-Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
