1. Project delivery (onsite-offshore model) : We could take responsibility for solution/product/service delivery for part or full project under a contract. This model helps our partner /client with a large offshore team available at affordable cost and helps with substantial cost savings, enhance project execution and delivery capability, provide 24X7 work delivery schedules etc.

2. Onsite Project Resourcing : If our client requires any resources at onsite, we can offer our project resources at short notices and at attractive prices.

3. Offshore Project Resourcing : We will provide our project resources at our offshore location in India to provide solution architecting, Designing, programming, testing, level 2/level 3 support, telephonic support, reports generation, bug fixes, software enhancements, etc. – This model helps our client with substantial costs reduction of 30-70%, apart from saving the hassles of Visa processing, joining process, training process for resource etc.
