Pioneer Info Tech Inc is an Indian based marketing – sales and BPO firm located in Chennai that provides both voice and non – voice based operations. We cater to both domestic and international clients. We also have interest in medicine, manufacturing, bio fuel and alternate medicine (herbal).
We currently have a 38 seat set up aided with the latest technology available in the market to support such an operation 24/7.
On voice-based operations we specialize in lead generation, appointment setting, vacation packages, surveys, verification process, B2B processes. In the non – voice based segment we specialize in data entry, data capture, data conversion, data verification, data quality check, e-mail support, chat support, application filling, form filling.

TERMS
Payment Terms:
Pioneer Info Tech Inc is more interested in hourly-based payments, however this is not a rigid clause and can be considered depending on the project.
We insist on a minimal advance payment to be made by our clients for the start of any project (pilot phase). This is just for security and confidence purpose.
Billing cycle could be any weekly, every 15 days or monthly.

Project terms:
We require approximately a week to 10 days time to initialize any process. This time is actually needed to complete basic business formalities like signing of contract, NDA, MoU and for training purpose.
Specific data for any project has to be given by the client. (MUST)
Specialized training if required has to be given by the client.
All projects will begin with a pilot phase that may last for 10 to 15 days. After successful completion of the pilot phase and review done by both the client and us, will the project continue.

Business Objective:
