TERMS
Our Engagement Process

Strategy + Business principal can be initially engaged on either a free one (1) hour advisory conference call, Skype or through a series of emails. A signed Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement between two parties may be required, followed by a proposal submission (including reciprocal signatures in the agreement) to commence an official consulting engagement.

Depending on the scope and complexity of a client's requirements, Strategy + Business will bring a pool of Global Network Partners to execute and implement your project. We serve the enterprise-market to mid-market client base.

The principal of Strategy + Business may be engaged through one, two or a combination of the following compensation structures:

1. Monthly Retainer
2. On-Demand Hourly Rate
3. Monthly Block-of-Hours Purchase Program
5. Fixed Project Based Rate
6. Time & Material
7. Commission Residual (plus fee based)
8. Equity (plus fee based)

Fees are in USD unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
