DESCRIPTION
We are a Mumbai (India) based B.P.O. with state of art infrastrcture and Technology. We are housed in a I.T.E.S. complex running currently with 450 seats. We are also in the process of expansion which will take our capacity to close to 1000 seats in a short time. We are equiped with IPLC and Aspect blended dialer. We are on the lookout for process in call center preferably inbound which includes customer service, upsales, Tech. support etc. and also looking at H.R. as an add on to our current activities.We also have ARC certification and would welcome inbound Airlines process.
We have highly qualified and professional work force experience in all aspects of call center operations. The management staff also consists of tried and experienced professionals. Each project is manned by a project manager who is repsonsible for the total operation of the process to he entire satisfaction of the client.
