Details of Infrastructure at Facilities Center
• Facilities Center deploys state-of-the-art combination of TDM & IP Base voice and data equipment that rides on a strategic, scalable platform. The infrastructure is built on standards-based, compliant equipment provided by industry leaders. The multiple carrier platforms give us one of the best Wide Area Networks (WAN) between the US, UK and India & also the PSTN connectivity worldwide.
• Infocentre's delivery center in India is fully equipped with cutting edge hardware and software, self-generated power facilities, and secure back-up/ recovery capabilities. Our facility has one of the best deployment of NORTEL with a highly redundant configuration .The platform is highly scalable and reliable, with the ability to reconfigure or add associate desktops instantly.
• Facilities Center has a total of 4 Mbps of telecom connectivity between its location in India and the US across multiple paths.
• Facilities Center has 2*2 Mbps of ILL bandwidth across multiple paths. It has been acquired through Reliance. AIRCEL (Dishnet Wireless Limited) has been our Secondary Link Provider to ensure seamless calling in case of any major IPLC Downtimes.
• Capacity planning is an integral part of any business due to seasonal demand and limited duration promotional efforts. Yet ramping up involves business risks. Facilities Centre's experience, technologies, and global resources enable it to provide customers more flexible, lower cost, and risk solutions.
