Services

We are adequately equipped to provide the following services to clients:

• Customer Support – We support inbound customer calls, from various countries with effective and timely resolutions to queries and difficulties pertaining to our various products, which include calling cards, prepaid telecom services using land phones, mobile phones and instant dialing product positioning allowing customers to effectively make international calls.
In addition, we provide email based support to all our customers to ensure their concerns are resolved with immediate effect
• Outbound Calling – We provide effective outbound marketing to enhance the usage of our prepaid telecom international calling services within the UK
• Technical Support – Our in house technical team specializes in resolving any technical hindrance faced by the customer while making international calls using our products, within a specific time frame
• Transaction Processing – Accounting and other offline transaction processing

Carrier Accounting

The following activities are handled on behalf of client’s Carrier Accounting Department consisting of Outbound, Inbound, Prepaid and Postpaid operators.

3. Preparation of payment authorizations for release of payment by the Client’s Treasury department:

LCR Analysis

Least Cost Route is the least rate (lowest rate to the specific destination) via which traffic has to be terminated. The price change by the Carrier (increase, decrease or addition of new codes) is to be updated in the LCR sheet and the updated template containing the revised LCR rates needs to be passed to the Technical Team for upload in the system. The following activities are handled by the LCR Team.

Sales Accounting

Sales accounting process consists of Accounts receivable Management for the client. The process involves the following activities:

1. Maintaining Customer Control Accounts in Quick books – Accounting software

2. Preparation of Ageing reports everyday for review by the Management/Credit Control

3. Preparation of Daily Sales Report

4. Preparation of Daily Control report

5. Activation and Blocking of Prepaid Cards

At Lycatel B O S, we follow a very transperent payment terms. We have dedicated client service manager handling each account. The manager will work with the client to understand the budget allocated to the project and also understand the client requirement and work with the client and have the pricing done, which is beneficial for both the parties.

The turnaround time is very quick as we always have sufficient manpower in the organization for quick ramp-ups
