Union International Development Ltd., (UID) is established in 2003 specialized in Wealth Management solutions implementation and banking applications. We are currently working for one of the global top five financial service providers to develop, deploy and support a suite of wealth management software applications in locations Europe, Asia Pacific and Americas.

In response to our client's strategic plan on offshore outsourcing and in order to access the talent pool in PRC, we setup an Offshore Development Center, Union International Development (ShenZhen) Ltd., (UID SZ) in ShenZhen Software Park in 2005 and Union International Development (Singapore) Ltd. in Singapore in 2006. Currently we own over than 160 developers in Hong Kong, 110 developers in ShenZhen PRC and 30 developers in Singapore with mixed areas of discipline and roles of Project Managers, Business Analyst, System Architect, System Analyst, Senior Analyst Programmer, Analyst Programmer, IT Support Engineer and QA Specialist.

In order to continuous improve our delivery quality and development life cycle, UID plan to complete CMMI Level 3 appraisal by Q1 2007

SKILLS
We focus on financial industry and develop Wealth Management software to provide our customer with a suite of web-based solutions to enable portfolio analysis, financial investment advisory, customer relationship management order management and various e-banking applications. The products are developed based on latest web technologies including Java, Web Services, Portal Servers and Oracle Databases.

We also focus on the Offshore Development Center setup in China. We offer clients a flexible model called Build To Operate (BTO). In such model, we will help our client to build up a technical and operation team as well operation process complie to the client's policy. Client can take over the whole operation at anytime.
