TERMS
10. Terms and Conditions:


1. Port charges are exclusive of local lead (Lastmile) charges and equipment costs.
2. Service tax is chargeable extra at such rates notified by the Govt for the services mentioned in the proposal. Any rate revisions by the Govt from time to time shall be borne by the customer.
3. One time charges are non refundable in nature.
4. Customers will be billed monthly in advance for port charges
5. Payment terms are as below:
¨ One time charges (OTC) -100 % in advance at the time of connectivity.
¨ Port Charges to be paid Monthly (at the beginning of the month).

6. DWL will offer local loop liasoning services on specific request by customer at a cost.
7. Equipment sales by DWL (if any) will attract applicable sales tax & Octroi as per the rates notified by Govt from time to time which shall be to the customer’s account.
8. Contract terms:
a. Tenor: One year from the date of activation of individual circuit.
b. Customer to enter into standard service agreement with DWL before connectivity.
9. All orders and payments shall be in favour of Dishnet Wireless Limited.
10. Permission for erecting pole is customer’s responsibility.
11. AIRCEL will not be responsible for any outages due to failure of equipments owned and managed by
Customer.
12. Customer has to provide Network diagram & Pan Card Xerox to us.
13. This offer is valid for seven days from date of this proposal.
