I am located in the Netherlands and currently working in the telemarketing industry and especially in the management part of it.
Due to the specific nature of the companies I'm working with I travelled to Eastern Europe, Asia and Africa to implement the different campaigns at the call centres I hired for my clients. To discuss with the local call centre management about the specific client requirements but also about conversion figures and pricing, the IT-team about technical issues and to instruct the trainers about the specific client- and script requirements.
After almost 10 years in this setting I'm looking for a new challenge.
