DESCRIPTION
We are currently working on large scale housing projects for home department, government of Maharashtra. The scope of work includes conceptualization, designing and detailing. The projects in pipeline are major administrative buildings for the department. We believe in quality of design & detailing which ultimately ensures the quality of project.

We have completed documentation for number of US based projects which include mixed use, retail and liturgical design projects. Some of the clients we have worked for are regularly sending us the new projects as and when they have need for outsourcing.

SKILLS
Ours is a group of dedicated architects focusing mainly on residential and intitutional projects. We provide services in line with schedule of services stipulated by Council Of Architecture, India.

We have successfully completed documentation for US projects, developing drawings from SD to DD to CD and DD to CD work. We produce drawings strictly in compliance with cleints drawing standards and incase of unavailability of CAD standards, help them develop the standards based on AIA standards.

Our prime focus is on architecture and interior design outsourcing, we dont take any other type of outsourcing/BPO/KPO jobs, and this enables us to fully concentrate on the needs of AEC industry.

TERMS
We provide sevices on lumpsum amount calculated on project cost for designing and detailing work and on hour rate basis for drafting work. Payments terms can be discussed on acceptance of project.
