XL World is one of the largest BPO operations in Romania. Our business centres in Romania are equipped with cutting-edge technology and qualified operators, able to support our clients in all their outsourcing needs. In Romania we have branches in 3 major cities, with almost 450 agents. We are currently managing the opening of the 4th business centre.

Our agents are proficient in the main European languages (English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian). A few more languages may be available on request.

All business centers and operator stations are equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure: PCs, campaign management and CRM software, CTI based on Voice-Over Internet Protocol (VOIP). The call centers are equipped with redundant high-speed fiber optic connections.

Our customers are important western companies in banking, financial and insurance services, IT companies, hospitality, energy & utilities, telecoms.

We have branches in Italy, UK and Romania.

We can provide different kind of services:

- Start-up and management of dedicated BPO operations (fully owned by our client).
