TERMS
PRICING MODELS AND PRICES:
We offer flexible pricing models to our customers, depending on the their requirements. Pricing could be on fixed cost or time & material basis. For knowing prices, kindly send in your queries to us through email/fax/phone.

OPERATING MODEL:
L&T's development centers work in two shifts: I shift from 0630 to 1500 Indian Time and the II shift from 1430 to 2330 Indian Time. The double-shift system ensures quick responses from L&T e-ES’ engineers and consultants, enabling 16 working hours to be spent on each calender day.
The optimized use of our resources help cutting down the client’s product development time and consequently their time-to-market. It also enables L&T e-ES teams to be available for communication by clients during most office-hours around the world.

BUSINESS MODELS:
1) ONSITE – In this business model L&T's personell are stationed at the client’s facility. It suits projects where the scope is undefined or where the client feels the need to have the project executed within their premises because of the need of close interaction with his own technical teams.

2) OFFSHORE - In this model, the team working on the project for a clients is located in L&T's offices in India. This model enables the client to gain major cost advantages related to large scale investments in skilled human resources and infrastructure.

3) ONSITE-OFFSHORE - Here, majority of team is located at L&T's development centers in India(called offshore team) while some members are stationed at client's offices/plants(called onsite team). The onsite team works with the client to understand their requirements, technical standards and processes and performs time-critical tasks that require constant communication with the client. They also coordinates with offshore team, which performs the majority of work offshore. The offshore team hence turns around the deliverables quickly and onsite teams manage the workflow to reduce the effort by client's teams.
