ABOUT US:
Fabtran is an association of engineers, detailers, drafters and project managers who bring more than 150 Years of combined experience in the field of mechanical, structural and industrial engineering in India & USA.

OUR HISTORY:
Fabtran for the last couple of years has been exclusively serving very limited customers based in USA. We pride ourselves on our quality of work rather than quantity. Now we are moving forward with our growth plans where we acquired the ability to add few more esteemed customers to our list.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES:
Preesure vessels, heat exchangers, spheres (Both ASME Sec VIII DiV 1 & 2)
Power Piping (ASME B31.3) & boilers
API tanks (650 & 620)
AWWA tanks
Silos, chutes, columns, wind mill & transmission towers and other structural items.
Process equipment, scrubbers, skid packages, water & waste water systems and many more.
We can provide design calculations as per Indian and/or USA building codes for sesimic and wind.
We can also provide PE stamp if required (charged seperately).

CAD SERVICES:
Structural CAD design.
CAD Drafting and conversion from paper drawings.
Mechanical CAD drafting.
Steel detailing.
2D / 3D modeling.
Fabrication & shop drawings in both Indian & US systems.

PROCUREMENT SERVICES:
We are customer oriented company and continue to help our customers in procuring products as required in fabrication like flanges, pipes, elbow, plate, bolts, fabricated tanks, skids etc in both ferrous & non-ferrous metals.

OTHER SERVICES:
Our staff has years of experience in design, engineering, project management, quality control and production planing. We offer our technical know how in all these fields. We even played a major role in building a custom made ERP package for our client. Other services are in providing custom quality control system, help & advice in ISO & ASME certification, company procedure manual, cost estimation for projects etc.

TERMS
We are from production environment and we understand how important it is to get the project done with in the schedule. We bend backwards if need be to get you moving on the project. No wonder all our customers are repeat customers.

Prices vary depending on the nature of service and size of the project. We do provide a lump sum cost estimate for the entire project or our hourly rate for the requested service.

Our payment terms depends on the project size. Some projects may require initial deposit and/or progress payments.
