We are a firm of Chartered Accountants, having more than three decades of experience, well settled in New Delhi, India and have associates in all major cities of India. We provide services in the fields of accounting, audit, direct and indirect taxation, company formation, foreign investments in India, Legal and Regulatory consultancy, Corporate Finance and other allied matters. We also have a specialized division for taking up outsourcing of accounts and book-keeping functions. We also have strategic tie-up with a well established legal firm as our associates, who help us with all the legal requirements of our clients, domestic as well as international.

Our key areas of focus are as below:
AUDIT DIVISION - We specialize in statutory audits for SMEs and public sector undertakings. We also have a large number of internal audits, special audits and tax audits of corporations, firms and other business entities.
TAXATION DIVISION – We deal in both direct and indirect taxation. Our services include regulatory approvals, filling or tax returns, representations, assessments and appeals. We have a large number of individuals and small business firms whose income tax matters are looked after by us. Besides income tax, we specialize in sales tax and VAT.

CONSULTANCY DIVISION - Our core competency lies with helping our international clients set up their operations in India. We assist in conducting market researches to determine the viability of undertaking a project in India. We help in forming / incorporating the business entity, obtaining all the statutory registrations, and complying with all the legal formalities. We also provide assistance in obtaining the office premises on rent / lease, furnishing of the office, recruitment of staff, HR training, etc. Our core strength lies in the fact that almost all the requirements of a client are met under one roof.
CORPORATE FINANCE DIVISION – We offer entire gamut of financial services ranging from project finance and loan syndication, working capital management, budgeting and financial planning.

Prices - Very competitive without compromising on quality. The prices will depend on the quantum of work outsourced, as well as the skill level of the staff required to complete the work. Prices are agreed at and fixed before commencement of the work, so that there are no hidden or surprise costs. Turnaround times are mostly fixed at the time of taking up the project. The estimated hours for completion of the work, as well as the expected date for completion are both discussed and fixed, and these are adhered to.
