This company was a proprietership company for 25 years and then became a Private Ltd company in 1985. We parctice as consultants doing civil engineering consultancy, structural design, AutoCAD drafting and quantity surveying and offer industrial architectural services. Our teams senior-most consultant is Prof. K.A.Patel and the Managing Director is Mr. Rahul Patel. We were consultants for the Asiad 1981 games stadia projects in New Delhi, India. To every project there is an original work and input to ensure a proper, economical and practical detailing and project work. We can undertake structural designs, structural modelling on Staad Pro software and Auto-cad drafting as per Indian codes and US codes if sample drawings are provided. We hve worked for Seychelles Government and Mauritius Government Projects. And have exposure to US projects as per US standards also.

SKILLS
We can do architectural layout of industrial projects and buildings. And got specialization in structural designs and AutoCAD drafting services in any type of residential, commercial or industrial buildings.

TERMS
All prices are negotiable on project to project basis. Time taken will be dependable on type of detailing and drafting. Generally the framing will be discused first, followed by approval by clients then if only drafting is required then sample drawing to be provided and corrections carried out if any. All payments as per stages decided at the time of award of work.
