The firm was started in the above name on 1st September, 1978 as a poprietory concern and since then has been a practising firm of chartered accountants.

Shri. N. Udayasimha, B.Sc, F.C.A is the proprietor.

This includes preparation of loan applications, project reports, follow up with bankers/financial institutions and also advice on various financial routes which would suit the requirements of a business.

As part of its services,the firm undertakes investment analysis-both in Indian Stock markets and also for investments in existing business or take over of existing business.

The firm has also undertaken assessing premium on shares that could be obtained by a company on it going public through OTCEI route.

TERMS
Prices are on hourly basis. Based on the work it starts at US $25 per hour. Time required will be estimated on the basis of work allotted.
