Software Packages: Our staff can work on QuickBooks(Pro and Premier), Peachtree, Sage Line 50 packages. Our staff can be trained easily on other accounting packages.

Location: New Delhi(India)

Seat Capacity: 10 seat (single shift capacity) (extendible on short notice)

•Currently working on US and UK transactional accounting processes

•PCs and servers with latest technology configuration
•Dedicated bandwidth to ensure 24*7 online connectivity
•Additional servers to backup data
•Processors can work directly on the software or through remote access of client servers
•Uninterrupted power supply with generator and UPS backup

Data Security:

•Segregated work area with restricted access
•Use of secured line (128 bit SSL) to access and transmit data from servers in US
•PCs used by processors don’t have floppy/USB and CD ROM drives
•Segmented LAN with firewall protection
•No fax and printing capabilities at the processing site
•Regular data back-ups

Human resources:

•Entry-level processors are qualified accounts graduates
•Supervisory and managerial levels comprising of CPA’s and MBA’s with experience in leading Indian consulting and outsourcing companies
•Processors imparted multi-level training involving review of US accounting principles, in-depth training in accounting software package and practice sessions with trial data
