DESCRIPTION
As a specialist advisory services firm for trade credit and risk insurance, we offer products designed to protect companies against losses caused by commercial or political events beyond their control. Exporters use these products to extend financing to customers, thereby increasing sales; to leverage the amount of risk exporters and investors are willing to take; and accelerate cash flow by selling or financing notes and receivables. Structured Trade works with all credit and political risk insurance markets including Export Credit Agencies to develop client-driven solutions.

SKILLS
Our proprietary nonrecourse, 100% hedged portfolio stock loan - HedgeLoan - is available to owners of free-trading stocks, stock options, and bonds. We enjoy an outstanding reputation for personal commitment to each of our clients and a refusal to compromise our standards of product or service.
Your HedgeLoan stock loan is based on a percentage - often 90% - of the market value of your stocks at the time the loan closes. If you'd like to wait until a higher price is reached - for a larger loan - that's fine with us. Sign your loan contract, move your shares, and tell us your "floor" price in writing. We won't hedge until your price is available from our counterparties.

TERMS
HedgeLoans are available for stocks in most major foreign markets. We have a range of programs tailored to foreign stocks, from full featured nonrecourse, no-margin-call, 90% loan-to-value HedgeLoan to HedgeLoan programs with lower loan-to-value and lower interest rates. Borrowers from outside the U.S. may be paid in U.S. or local currency, provided that all actions and steps are in compliance with local national law and regulation. Clients from countries under U.S. State Department embargo or other economic or political sanction are not eligible for HedgeLender financing. Smaller exchanges/bourses also many not be acceptable. Again, the best way to determine if your stocks will qualify will be to submit the transaction for a quote.

Please note that if you are broker, you will be required to sign either our NDNC or our Authorized Agent Agreement prior to loan closing. Also, brokers are required to be direct to the actual owner of the shares before quotes can be provided.
