DESCRIPTION
I am currently making contracts for various real estate companies, doing corporate work of my clients.
I am also dealing in IPR matters including registration and litigation of IPR.
I handle litigation of both civil and criminal in all over india including Supreme Court of India.
I am also handling consumer courts matters.

SKILLS
My main area of practise are as follows:

1. Corporate - in this part i use make contracts, agreement and take part in the legal part of any project of my clients.
2. IPR - this includes registration of Intellectual properties like trade mark, copyright and patent etc.
3. Litigation - this includes both type of litigation civil and criminal, litigation of consumer cases also comes under this part.

TERMS
I charge Rs. 3500 for as my consultation fee.
Fee for contract and agreement will be as per the actual working requirment.
My litigation fee will also depend on the case to case basis.
For payment I prefer to receive 40% payment before the work start or some times I can reveice whole fee at the end of the work this is only in exceptional case.
Completion time of the work depends on the quantity of work and the urgency of the work.
